What You'll Need:
Ingredients
100g tofu, pressed and finely chopped
35g cashews
1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp kala namak black salt
1/4 Lemon juice
80ml water
2 slices wholemeal bread
Recipe:
1. Add the tofu to a bowl
2. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Add the sauce over the tofu and mix everything together
4. Serve in a sandwich. Enjoy!
